Built in 2001, the Paradero is a classic apartment complex divided into small clusters of low-rise buildings, surrounded by lush flowers and plants. It consists of 115 spacious self-catering studios, all equipped with bathroom, twin beds and sofa beds. Guests can use the facilities of the larger Paraíso del Sol apartment complex next door. The Paradero itself offers an outdoor fresh water swimming pool and terrace with sun beds and cots.
