The Laguna Park I is housed in 3 well maintained 2- and 5-storey blocks, arranged around a central pool. Each apartment has 2 separate beds, wardrobe, lounge with sofabed, full bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The interior decoration of the complex is plain and simple. There is an intimate, sparsely furnished restaurant and a disco-style bar. There is also a freeform pool, with a palm-tree island and a footbridge across to the poolside bar. The complex has a weekly entertainment programme and a lively atmosphere.
