This hotel must rank as one of the worst hotels we have stayed at and does not justify a 4 star rating. Plenty of facilities but quantity not quality, the hotel is well worn. Meals are served like a chicken battery operation with hundreds of people clammering for each course. The food was very poor quality, we only ate their twice. Staff were indifferent with few acknowledging you at reception or in the restaurant you waited until they were ready! Customer notices were ignored - No towels on sunbeds, all were taken by 8:30, after that non! (The pool was exceptionally over-crowded and too small for the number using). No towels over balconies - 50% hung towels over theirs even outward facing street balconies (good first impression). Dress code totally ignored, flip flops, shorts, sleeveless T-shirts and shorts the order of the day for evening meals. The management said it was the peoples fault when questioned. Overall a poor quality hotel.

Only one negative thing about this hotel was the pool area. You only got the sun on one side of the pool after 12.00 noon so there was always a bit of a rush for sun beds although we did not find it much of a problem. In high season it is probably worse. The food was not bad. We went half board but you could either eat at lunch time or in the evening which was good. I would go to this hotel again.

Top Tip

This is a nice area, within walking distance of most things. It is clean and not too busy, ideal for familes. One must is the water park if you have kids, they will love it.
